Client has acquired many companies from EU, UK, North America. The acquired companies has their own email services running Microsoft Exchange Server on-premises and the client wanted to have single email services across all regions for its employees to communicate.

Our Solution

Enmarq has developed a migration plan that avoided downtime and provided a clear communication plan for users so that they knew what to expect throughout the migration process.

The challenge was how to move users to Office 365 cost-effectively, without losing data and also without affecting their work, We decided to use BitTitan’s Migration Wiz tool to migrate all on-premises Exchange data to the Microsoft Office 365, In addition, Directory Sync was implemented to keep user and group data in sync between their on-premises Active Directory and their Office 365 tenant, Enmarq also set up Skype for Business so the customer could take advantage of instant desktop sharing and video conferencing capabilities and also internal communication.
