KIRAN ALLURI

CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kiran Alluri has more than 20 years as a Senior Executive in the Information technology providing leadership roles. Prior to co-founding Enmarq, Kiran held senior leadership roles in Wipro Technologies, Ericson & Happiest Minds where he built high performing teams with focus on customer centricity.

Kiran’s key strengths includes IT strategy & execution, corporate mission fulfillment, time & resource optimization, mergers & acquisitions, supply chain integration, process improvement, information architecture, organisation design & restructuring, team building & leadership, profit & loss management, vendor & contract negotiations and new product & technology launch.

Kiran has conceptualized & driven many strategic initiatives and M&A activities. These have been in many sectors including IT infrastructure management, enterprise applications, testing, BPM, IT services, security, localization services, mobile, cloud & information management services.

KRISHNA RAJ

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Krishna Raj has 27 years of experience in the IT industry. Krishna is known for his expertise in setting up large offshore delivery centers (ODC), handling global delivery and operations. He is proficient in the area of project & program management, IT operations management, system design & implementation, people management and training & skills development.

Prior to co-founding Enmarq, he has worked in senior leadership roles like service delivery head, program manager, and delivery manager for different business units at Happiest Minds, Mindtree and Xerox Corporation.

He’s passionate about working with people in a multi-cultural environment and lives with “can do” philosophy. He holds a Master in Business Administration with specialization in Banking and Finance. He has also served as SEI CMMi assessment team member and certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional.
